Part of what gets me in my own way is thinking I am not deserving of the things I desire. Rose is considered to be beneficial for all three doshas (vata, pitta and kapha), benefitting the mood and emotions, as well as the heart, stomach, liver, reproductive system, blood, nerves and skin.
