In Ayurvedic tradition, ylang ylang essential oil is believed to have calming, cooling, uplifting and moisturizing tendencies. Can help vata imbalances by encouraging self-esteem, calm, relaxation, and sensuality. For those with pitta imbalances, the calm, cooling tendency of ylang ylang can help release anger and unwanted tension. Is suggested to soothe, tone and balance the skin, while the fragrance helps to relax and harmonize the mind and spirit, and encourage sensuality and love.

Shake before using
Apply with 2 or 3 circular motions on pulse points (wrists and /or temples, face, lips and heart zone). After application, close your eyes and take a couple of slow deep breaths. Listen to your body, is a peaceful warrior.
