Peppermint helps to stay in a present moment, overcome ego and pride, clears the mind and helps to increase awareness, it helps to align Solar Plexus, Heart and Throat chakras and connect with the higher self. It is especially beneficial for balancing pitta dosha, mint is associated with the lung and liver meridians, and is thought to have pungent, aromatic and cooling properties. Shake before using
Apply with 2 or 3 circular motions into your palm (wrists and /or temples, lips). After application, close your eyes and take a couple of slow deep breaths. You where born to Rise Up.
